In this Clarification Text, your personal data, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation, the DATA CONTROLLER, Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., located at Muratpaşa Mah. Ata Cad. Özden Sok. no:3 Bayrampaşa/Istanbul, registered with Tax Number Tuna VD. 1630057076 and Mersis Number 0163005707600016, is responsible for processing your personal data. This CLARIFICATION FORM includes notifications regarding the processing of personal data within Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

This CLARIFICATION TEXT contains notifications regarding the processing of personal data within Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., in accordance with the Communiqué and related legislation on the processing of personal data.

Under KVKK, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”). A special category of personal data, known as sensitive personal data, includes information regarding race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance, clothing, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data (“Sensitive Personal Data”). As the Data Controller, within the scope of our business relationship with you, we inform you that your Personal Data will be processed within the framework of the purposes requiring their processing, in connection with, limited to, and proportionate to these purposes.

Your Personal Data will be recorded, stored, preserved, restructured, shared with legally authorized institutions, and processed in other ways specified under KVKK, as disclosed by you to Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. or as received from other sources.

METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data,

may be collected by Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. through all kinds of written, verbal, and electronic means, whether automated or non-automated, for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text regarding the Processing of Personal Data. Your personal data may be processed and transferred in accordance with the conditions and purposes for processing personal data set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASONS

Personal Data collected within the scope of activities carried out by Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., or provided by the Data Subject,

may be obtained, recorded, stored, disclosed, shared with third parties to the extent permitted by legislation, or otherwise processed by Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in compliance with KVKK and the lawful execution of company activities. Beyond legal data processing regulations, provided that explicit consent is given following the review of this CLARIFICATION FORM, the data may be processed and stored for analysis purposes, verification of identity information, necessary communication, record-keeping, compliance with public security requirements, and legal obligations. Personal data may also be shared, upon consent, with third parties receiving services, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private legal entities.

Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. does not SHARE Personal Data with third parties in any manner prohibited by law, whether explicit consent is given or not.

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 4 and will be deleted or destroyed in compliance with the procedures and principles set out in Article 7 of the law.

TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be shared in accordance with the provisions on the transfer of personal data within and outside the country as specified in the Law, for the purposes stated in this Clarification Text, with official institutions and organizations within the country, third-party individuals and legal entities with whom we have relationships, service providers and their representatives, business partners, our company's shareholders, group companies, subsidiaries, and suppliers.

METHODS OF APPLICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR

• Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to ‘Bello Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.’ regarding the processing of your personal data to:
• Determine whether your personal data has been processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• Identify third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or internationally,
• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of KVKK,
• Request that the correction, deletion, or destruction processes carried out under subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against yourself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
